I liked the selection of frames and found what I wanted. I didn’t like the help function much. I was in the customization process and realized I needed to make sure the depth of the frame would work for me. The customization pages did not list the depth. I asked help but help was unable to give me the depth. I had to exit customization to see the depth. Another thing I didn’t like was the cost of shipping.

The first purchase discount offer is misleading. If you meet the criteria for free shipping, you can't use both offers. Even if you order is over $500. Not cool.

I ordered three each of two custom size frames. They arrived in a package that kept them safe, without an excess of difficult tapes or bubblewrap. They are well-built frames. They included all the hardware I would need for a variety of hanging possibilities, and they fit my art perfectly. I'll be coming back for more.
