I just ordered for the first time and WOW! Fast, easy to understand, and SUCH a good final price, including shipping! My uploaded image looked so good in the digital display I was sold. If the items come and are as good as I hope, the whole experience will be a slam dunk. I first tried to order from another company. I queried something I didn't understand but never heard from them. Lost a customer there, but I've already recommended American Frame to friends!

Their frames are nice - very professional. The speed and accuracy of my orders have been excellent since I’ve been their customer. And in my opinion, they’ve always offered reasonably priced frames. But over the last 5-10 years, they have gotten dramatically more expensive. I ordered a small 12x12 inch black metal frame and it was $45 and that didn’t include any matboard, backing board or plexi.

I'm familiar with the product and know I can depend on a quality frame kit to arrive so I can present my work in exhibitions. The extra help from the young woman on the phone was excellent and so curtious. One disappointment, I was awarded a 30% off coupon as an award from NWS. I didn't get it until November, to expire December. Usually offers like that are good for a year so I asked if I could have an extension. But, I couldn't. Oh well, my orders are usually over $200. so the free shipping is very appreciated.
