Amazing customer service

I ordered a chain from them and everything came in perfectly, on time, and well packaged. However the size I ordered didn't match well with my pendant,(which was completely my fault) so I reached out and asked for an exchange for the smaller size which they quickly replied and guided me through the returns and exchange process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience from this brand and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I recently purchased a dog tag pendant and I'm so impressed with how it came out i wasn’t expecting such great quality even with their customer service. I had a question about delivery and to request a change in my order and i received help within 24 hours . They responded super fast and were really helpful! It's awesome to find a company that cares about its customers like that. They also will send you pictures of your order when finished. W Apporo

I ordered a pendant and white gold

I ordered a pendant and white gold silver adjustable chain with a custom 46MM pendant and everything came out so beautiful. I was concerned with the delivery and i reached out to customer service and they reached back out within a day. I’m usually very paranoid when it comes to ordering stuff online but this experience was so good and they reassured me in every way that everything was coming out fine- even sent me a picture via text to show me how the customer pendant came out. I’m very thankful to the team and my boyfriend absolutely loves his chain & pendant. I’d order from Aporro again if i ever need something like this again.

Aporro is so far the best company I have order items from I order a custom pendant and they kept me updated through all the process and also just placed another order and one item was out of stock but they are kindly helping me with more options of replacement so far it’s a great company to order from great customer service and great quality items.

Nothing but pleasant experiences

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Aporro. I ordered a custom piece and I was sent photos before it was shipped. USPS didn’t do such a great job updating my tracking information so customer service reached out to get me accurate updates. And when contacting customer service I always got prompt responses within 24 hrs (there’s a time difference). I will absolutely order again.
