I don't know what's happened to Asda, it used to be my favourite supermarket. Its gone down hill. The value isn't the same as it was , it's competitors do it better. Some have a McDonald's in them which I guess is an OK idea. The quality if their own food can vary. I once opened a bag of crisps with no flavour. It needs to get back better
We visited ASDA Dumbarton today 207/26, while the shopping was a necessary evil which took all of 30 minutes, when we got to the tills LOL only one was serving and the queue was 10 deep, so 50 minutes later and £120 lighter we were freed from the ASDA shackles.Roll on ALDI opening day. Morley Asda in Leeds- I don’t know what to say really I’m speechless at how amazing, kind, understanding and loving this stores staff are, to be more specific the manager Sue I was going to do my weekly shop got to the till and had lost my £50 I’ve been going through a lot lately and this was just the icing on top of the cake. I retraced my steps but didn’t find anything so went to the service desk they asked around and hadn’t found anything. The manager then arrived and by now I’m in floods of tears and the manager god bless her my guardian angel said come with me she walked to the cash machine and gave me £50 of her own money, I can honestly say she helped me more than she could ever know and I will definitely be returning the favour. Actually restored my faith in humanity absolutely amazing women
Once again, they turn up without what I ordered. They really suck at being an e-commerce business. If you value getting the food that you ordered, don’t bother dealing with ASDA. They seem to think they’re bringing you what you ordered is optional. The stupid and lazy stock control directly impacts customer experience and they clearly don’t care. Go to any other supermarket than Asda they don’t care.
Absolutely terrible service at the Asda Runcorn pharmacy, still waiting for tablets two days after being sent the prescription by the doctor, apparently waiting for stock to arrive, and then waiting for an hour to be told, useless
I enjoy the Asda Teesside Living store at the retail park. Clothes are great and homeware very nice too. The only issue i have i when collecting a parcel is i have to check online as i am not getting notifications to my phone. Also if you have a few parcels you have to give all the different numbers to staff as they can only locate one at a time. This can be time consuming for them as going back and forth 4 times seems a bit much!!
I GOT FOOD POISONING. right, so i went to feed my some Jimothy some beans for his birthday (he likes beans) and i saw a DELICIOUS looking item that i bought. I later, regretfully, discovered that these tasted awful, like soap and the white liquid inside did NOT taste like milk. I then contracted serious diarrhoea (explosive) and had a very upset stomach (jimothy had to drive himself to get beans). I am apauled that ASDA sells these, they are horrendous and are NOT edible. Do not eat anything called 'T I D E' pods, they do NOT stand for Terribly Irresistibly Delicious Empanada. I am shook to my core. Good bye and good riddance
How is it possible in the modern age that a company which wants to do business online has such a fundamentally incompetently run website? It makes no sense. This is a real shop - I know it is because I drive past it. But it's impossible to buy anything from them because their website never works.

I checked on line for prices and when I got in store the price was much higher, but asda states online price should be same in store , asked an assistant at the till and strait away they started only on line , so please don’t lie asda !!!!!
I ordered an item online and was told a store and a time for collection. I wnet to the stoke after the collection time and was told the item was not there and to come back tomorrow. Well Asda - thats brilliant for the planet - we will all make multiple trips to your stored in our cars because you cant get it right. ref 168757844

Appalling customer service on the phone! Found out that my Asda account had been hacked - email and password the same but with someone else's details. I was told they wouldn't delete my account because the details werent mine (!) but I needed to change them online and then call back to get it deleted. I said I wasn't happy to do that as it didn't seem very secure. When I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up!!
ASDA SOUTHGATE N14. TWO EMAILS TO CEO IGNORED!!!!!!! April this year I purchased a Marks and Spencer gift card for £20 for friend. However when she tried to use it there was nothing on it!!! I returned to store and they were not very helpful, they kind of thought I was lying!!! They eventually made a phone call and apparently there was £20 on card but it had been blocked. I then called Marks and Spencer and they said the card had been used in Leeds. Strange as I live in London but Asda have a customer support office in Leeds, Very strange happenings here!!!!! It would hve been nice if Asda's so called CEO would have responded.........
Since being taken over the products have hit the floor and prices are a joke and for the absolute criac you're now making the staff verify chocolate!! If they're going to rob it, they wouldn't scan it would they! Where is the common sense. You put self checkouts in for what. The only decent thing left in the shop is the pizza
Nothing went wrong but Asda rewards is absolutely useless. I really love shopping at Asda every now and then but rewards, forget it for me!!! Lidl’s rewards so much better for the likes of me, get free items every week!
What Rewards!! Spend £100s a month in asda, cashpot simply does not move. Morrisons/Tesco Rewards system are far superior. Asda take note and shift it
Uber are a joke! Avoid at all times! Ordered ciders from Asda and delivery time put back THREE times, then cancelled! Must do better!
No wonder 1.4 why . Today went to usual everyday shopping in Asda Filton, Bristol 23:11 when we went to check out found one product price was totally different from what was showing in shelf sticker . We asked for help the lady was in self shock out so disgusting attitude and no minimum customer service experience asking my wife to go and take a picture of the ticket she can not go now . When it was only us in the till no other customer in the check out are . She is so busy on her phone that she can jot go two shelf away to check the price if she do not trust us . Why Asda business going down day after day no wonder any more after this experience. This is so careless customer service we just left the product there and did not buy it . Front of store staffs need more training to learn what is call customer service . Customer service is not standing in the check out and browsing Facebook . Disgraceful
Asda Cockhedge in Warrington I visited customer service yesterday evening for players classic cigarettes and because the young women was stress and couldn’t find them to me it was aggressively with stress she says to me take the players red people just take them to kept repeating that, how are they the same, what a waste of money and they should have staff on that no what they’re talking about
