Order arrived in timely manner and was kept updated . Only disappointment was the box was labeled with contents and my son who I bought it for , was the one who picked it up off the front step after it was delivered. Wish it was in nondescript packaging
We love Bachan's original sauce and I was so excited to see a gift set come available for Christmas. Based on other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who experienced a hiccup in deliveries. I reached out to customer service to ask for an ETA with my shipment-- they responded quickly and had my order out right away. The gift box is exactly as described, and my family members are definitely going to be happy with it. A little grace goes a long way-- happy holidays & thank you!
I purchased this gift that was on my Christmas shopping list
I purchased this gift that was on my son's wish list. He won't open it until Christmas so I can't comment as of now. What I do know is that his Christmas list is always a few items and this year you guys made the cut.
