I love my refurbished iPhone 15pro. It was easy to set up especially with directions provided by Black Market. My only issue was the delivery. It was shipped via Fed ex and took over 10 days to arrive.

I have used back market multiple times and have recommended to various family members and friends. They have the best deals and I love there trade in deals too. I ordered 2 phones ( IPhone 17 pro - excellent and an IPhone 17-good) both work amazing. It just took a little bit to transfer over information but I believe that’s normal for a new phone.

Don't trust them
I purchased a cell phone from Back Market. It stopped working properly in a couple days of receiving it. I contacted them and followed their instructions to fix the problem, which didn't work. They sent me a return label and I sent it back. They claim it was damaged, which it was not when I shipped it. They won't refund my money or make a claim for me with UPS. Don't trust them. If you but something from them, take very clear pics of anything you send back. They dont care at all. They say whatever they need to do they can avoid a refund.

iPhone 13 mini was received in pristine condition and works flawlessly. The battery was at 89% health which is fine considering the price paid. This was a good experience from shopping to ordering to receipt and the product.
