Really pleased with my Samsung S24+, bought the Premium condition device and it looked brand new. Battery health excellent. Fast delivery; overall very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend. However, the camera lens looks a little scratched for a Premium Package.
Well, who doesn't enjoy a satisfying purchase. The phone I wanted was easy to locate and the details easy to find. I got to compare what was available, and I found the prices to be very fair. This purchase was the fourth or fifth mobile telephone I have purchased from BackMarket. This time, as with the purchase I have made for other family members and myself, was excellent. From the shopping experience to delivery and set up—flawless and I remain highly and totally satisfied. The prices and options are excellent and the service and shipping are too.
They have a lot of confidence in their products and it shows in their execution. All the refurbished products I've bought from them have lasted a long time. They are in great shape. And they give you plenty of guarantees to help reinforce that confidence. The customer service is fantastic. I have an older McIntosh computer in my trackpad went bad. It's 2019. Apple no longer makes this trackpad new so I had to get a refurbished one when this one busted and I know I'll get another long life out of it.
I’m actually very pleased with backmarket! They have good customer support and really delivered my laptop with care! Unlike Amazon refurbished surprisingly. They actually delivered with cushion and properly stored my computer in it. It also arrived swiftly to me, tracking was good. But the condition of the computer was amazing. It only had such minor scratches you would have to squint or look hard to find. Otherwise, the computer was in perfect functioning condition. I can tell it was used with the battery at 86% but the cycles was very low, meaning its past owner cared well for it throughout all these years (kept it plugged in). Overall, I’m really happy with it and would come back again.
Everything works great and the price was *chefs kiss*. This is a life hack, one of those cheating codes for sure.

Do not buy!!!!! As someone who initially loved their products. The first time I purchased a laptop from them, they sent it with a cheap screen and then after a month (right when your ability to write a review on there website, 30 says after receiving product) the battery performance fell off a cliff. I thought it was a fluke so I bought another laptop a couple of years later. right after a month the battery performance tanked as well. I thought id give them one more shot and buy a phone from them. The product was "delivered" but I never received the product. They refunded me and gave me a 5% discount for another phone but they jacked up the prices and so I would have to pay more for the same product.

I bought used Apple products through Mac of All Trades for a while but wasn’t really happy with their customer service, selection, or web UI. But I didn’t know of another Apple reseller, so I keep going back. Then found Back Market and I’ve had nothing but great XP. They make it easy to trade in, buy used, their products are always better than described and their customer service is great. Definitely recommend!
I had a great first experience with backmarket. I bought an iPhone 16 as a new-to-me phone and was not disappointed, as the free delivery was 2 days after purchase, and the “excellent” tier had virtually no visible wear aside from a minuscule scratch on the screen. I saw that the battery was at least 80% or 90% health guaranteed, so I expected to need a battery replacement first-thing, but it was at 94%. The price was also a few hundred dollars less than new, and the model of phone I bought is not available new any more. Everything is fully functional and I will absolutely be considering backmarket for my next phone.
I am not one to buy phones often due to how expensive they are nowadays, so it took my old phone hindering day to day activities to finally bite the bullet. A family friend recommended Back Market and when I did my research, the site was reputable so I felt safe ordering a refurbished phone from it. I was able to easily select a newer unlocked phone within my budget and in excellent condition. The person shipping my phone also had great reviews under their profile. They shipped my phone very quickly and everything was as described when it arrived. Nothing was broken, faulty, or dirty. The seller even added a fast-charging USB cable in the package. The battery holds a charge for a long time. I was able to easily set up the new phone with my carrier with no issues. The order on the website and the package both included the phone's IMEI and verified that it was checked through Phone Check. I have been using it for about a week now with no issues and I am very happy with my purchase. I will probably go back on the site in the later future when it is time to upgrade my phone again. Overall, I highly recommend the site but still use precaution and look at the reviews on profiles of the sellers.

The description on Back Market's website described the phone as being in FAIR condition. Maybe they meant the battery itself, which was at 86% health straight out of the box. It easily gets me through a full day without charging. The iPhone has performed flawlessly during the short time I've used it. Based on my experience I would recommend Back Market to any person looking to upgrade their phone without having to pay the high cost for a NEW one.
I bought a three or four year-old computer. It was well packaged and delivered on time. I was surprised it looked like now. It operates great had an offer couple of months and I couldn’t be happier. This is my third purchase from Back Market and I would highly recommend them and I don’t recommend people too easily.
