I love using Back Market because you get exactly what you ask for and expect! The whole process is always a breeze. Very convenient. You can track your order all the way down until it arrives and they always do exactly what they say! Delivery is on time and they handle the package with care. I have ordered twice now from Back Market and it will forever be my go to!
We lost our land line service and decided to discontinue it. My husband, who has avoided getting a cell phone received a recommendation from a telephone repair technician to check out Back Market. He and a number of his buddies used them and were very satisfied. After checking them out we went to their website. We chose an unlocked phone and optioned for "excellent" condition costing just a few dollars more. It shipped the day after we ordered and was received two days later. It was in like new condition. Everything about it went smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

I've been looking for an iphone mini for a few months and stumbled upon Back Market. I was skeptical at first, but after looking at the detail throughout their website + explanations of their various levels and products, I decided to take a shot at an iphone 13 mini. I can't believe how amazing this phone is, it literally looks brand new. There isn't a single scratch or mark anywhere on it and the only "knock" would be the battery life, but I was looking for a mini to reduce my screen time anyways, so I still haven't gone below 50% on the battery with a full day of use. I'm so stoked to have given them a try and can't recommend them enough. Ordered my phone on the 16th and had it in hand with a brand new case + screen protector a week later.
