I have been waiting over 10 days for "special" instructions for an RMA! Their phone number message boxes are full, so you can't leave a message! Plus sending emails to sales or service comes back as undeliverable! DO NOT waste your time buying from them!
Great service
Great service, delivery and pricing.
Customer service is responsive
Customer service is responsive. Larger sizes seem to be often out of stock. Would order more frequently if shipping were not charged separately. I favor the "hawaiian shirt" category but see little new options.
Positive experience
I enjoy your selection of clothing and the ability to pull up choices by size. Made a last minute Christmas purchase and it arrived on time. Error in size was my own (I selected the wrong icon; lots of numbers--be sure you review all before selecting!) and I was able to make the exchange quickly and simply. Thank you.
