merch received after usps failed to deliver it even though i was home when they alleged to have tried to deliver it. then it couldn't be found at the po, i finally got the package on my 2nd trip to the po.

I use these SAVANE relaxed fit khaki pants on a daily basis. Ordered two more pair as they were on sale. Ordered them hemmed at 27". When they arrived I measured the inseams. One pair was at 27" and the other was at 28". The one inch difference was annoying but not so bad that it was worth going through all of the hassle of retuning them. Need too tighten up on the quality control.

I don’t like the return policy!

I don’t like the return policy. Bought a cotton shirt and it shrunk a lot on the bottom with first cold wash. Return policy says must be unwashed with tags still on. Probably shrunk 3 inches. I won’t be back.
