I purchased the 5-carat diamond stud…
I purchased the 5-carat diamond stud earrings based on the photos shown online. In the product images, the diamonds appeared to sit low in the setting, close to the prongs, which would allow them to lay flat against the ear. Unfortunately, the earrings I received looked very different. The prongs were much longer than shown in the photos, causing the diamonds to sit far away from the ear instead of flush against it. Rather than looking like classic diamond studs, they hung down from the ear and resembled drop earrings. I was disappointed because the actual product did not match the appearance depicted online. If you are looking for diamond studs that sit flat and close to the ear, be aware that the setting may not look like the product photos.

Not Our Problem
False advertising on when I would get product delivered. Reached out to you and was given the once it leave our facility it out of our hands. You would think being in the business of expensive products you would put procedures in place instead of “not our problem”

Chatty G pointed me in this direction for quality CZ earrings. They’re really beautiful, you hardly see the prongs so I wouldn’t put too much thought into the color metal you choose. I also had trouble at first with getting the backs on/off, I think it was in the instruction that I didn’t read. So you have to squeeze the backs to get them on/off. 10/10

Perfect earrings
These earring are beautiful ! The 1.5 tcw is the perfect size for every day earrings- and I wear them every day. The backing is a bit hard to do- but I like that it’s really secure. Blue Nile makes it really easy to purchase gorgeous jewelry and it comes right to your door ( insured.)

Ordering from Blue Nile has always been very easy. Their descriptions, educational articles and pictures make it very clear as to what I was purchasing. These earings did not disappoint. When I opened the box, my daughters and I gave a collective gasp. These beautiful two-carat jewels were glistening against a blue velvet holder. They are well made, sparkle to no end and the diamonds are larger than I perceived. I wear them at least twice a week to work. I upgraded my wedding rings from Blue Nile about 12 years ago and I still love my wedding set to this day. I will be ordering more earings from Blue Nile in the future. I’m thinking something cushion cut, two to three carats 😊
