Actually, I gave Boost Mobile one star because they took my money out of my old account and they didn’t give it back to me which came out to like $78 so they ripped me off $78

Brittany was great! She was patient as we had 2 phones to change. The other carrier was making it difficult to switch . I love the cost, I'm a senior on fixed income . The store was so nice and quiet. My son and grandson have Boost. All of us are happy with the service. Thanks Brittany!
Poor service at Boynton Beach Boost mobile store
The cellular service on my My iPhone suddenly wasn’t functioning, went in physically to the boost store in Boynton Beach Florida and was met with the most unhelpful surly young man who just looked at it and charged me 45$ without even explaining why. When I questioned him he did me a favor by telling me my phone was old and the SIM card wasn’t working because I didn’t update my software. All well and good but his attitude and demeanour were abrasive and rude. Even after we tried to chat and compliment him he told me I was being disrespectful. He goes by the name “junior” but the only thing junior was his bedside manner! Very disappointed with this customer service and general solution.
