I applied for a return and waited, and waited to hear - as implied on their website. Nothing. I tried to chase them, but told their returns policy is clear. It is not. It's not written in clear language and says there is a UK depot, then says there is not. etc. Having read the other reviews of returns, I am dreading this journey to try and get a refund of the stuff that doesn't fit.

Your clothes are expensive and good quality but as a plus sized customer, the size 2x mostly fits but often is too tight.
Returns are not easy and several times I have been shipped and charged for orders that came twice.

Hi, we found that your item was delivered to the front desk on May 4, 2023, please check.
The fabrics were beautiful. The pieces made well . However for me the sizing was way too large. 2X is my size and the cut was like 5x.
However the biggest issue is the logistics. No paperwork was sent with order but they wanted paperwork in the order so I tool the whole info off the internet. Sent using very specific instructions usps - they do not offer any return labels so means a trip to the post office which can make a label.
I was notified on April 19 that my package had arrived. Sent them copies of label, notification of arrival by the US post office and two weeks later no refund.
Would not buy from them again. They have also changed the name of the company six times according to the internet. I have emailed them three times and they said the package went to their agent and had not gotten to the wear house yet.

I really like their baggy corduroy trousers and plain linen shirts, but the two dresses I ordered were made from a weird and not very sturdy rayon. They looked nice, but didn’t hold up under regular wear and tear. I will order more of the same pants, though. I love the huge pockets, and they’re very comfy.
This is not what I ordered and the material is so, so thin. You showed mid-calf trousers with a gathered hem and these are ankle length with no gathering. I am so disappointed as I have ordered two other items, a white long shirt, and pink denim look shirt and I am so worried as to what they will be like. Not a happy customer. Please let me know how to return it.

The pants are interesting but they are not long enough for a 34” inseam. I didn’t see anywhere to make a request for a longer pant. Bought them to try. Now I have to come up with a solution so they are wearable for me.
Any chance I can get some additional fabric to lengthen what I’ve got?
Very disappointed in the quality of the plain fabric on the shoulder and back of the top. I would send it back if it wasn’t such an issue to do it. I will donate it. Could never wear it

Over the last 3-4 years I bought nearly two dozen pieces clothings from you and liked them all. This time around the collar was badly stitched, I cannot wear it unless it is fixed. Bad workmanship and quality control.
