Could not access my newly created account, chat wouldn't work, no confirmation of order and will never purchase there again after numerous attempts to have my purchase confirmed via email. The only thing that worked was to blanket them with negative posts on FB. NP with them confirming my stupid points but could not confirm via email anything else!

Material of one of the dresses is not as described. It is polyester or what so ever, but definitely NOT pure natural fibre. Too bad. I am dissappointed.

Your clothes usually are what you say they are. Your quality is often very good. I'm actually surprised. But that's why I'm a repeat customer. I know some of the things you're selling are a little more expensive than they used to be but I feel they are generally worth it. Delivery times have improved a bit, too.
I really love the style and material of my clothes I order from Buykud. My only complaint is that sometimes the size is much bigger than it appears in pictures on your website.
I ordered six items: two I loved, two were ok, two being returned. The marketing suggests all items are made of cotton and/or linen, but this isn’t the case, and several contain synthetic fibres (not included in the description). The sizing is very erratic - some things too big and some too small, even if you order the same size. And finally, you have to pay international postage to return any items. That wasn’t made clear in advance either. Three stars is quite a generous rating from me….
Everything I’ve ever received has always been more than I expected. This time I wasn’t quite sure. The shoulders seem the to sag. It’s not as comfortable as I hoped. I love the design I don’t really see myself wearing it. I met with a sweater over it.
