I ordered 9 canvas prints
I ordered 9 canvas prints. Size 11x14. Sent the 9 files, each one in the range of 20 MB to 28 MB. On my two computer monitors the photos are extremely sharp.
The 9 canvas prints are terrible. Some are not even in focus. There is no detail in the prints. It looks like Canvas People reduced the files to something less than a MB before printing.
Talked to service rep and she was helpful, but to get a refund I needed to send iPhone photos the front of each print and the bar code on the back of each print. So 18 photos were sent to try to get a refund. The nice representative said a refund will be issued. I hope that is right.
BOTTOM LINE = I took a chance on Canvas People and learned my lesson.

Price was good but meh
Price was good, I got my 2 prints on sale during Black Friday. The quality of the print however is mediocre. Very pixelated in my opinion and I’m a little disappointed. And yes, I sent high resolution images.
They've jacked up their prices to an insane level- $199 for a 12" x 12" photo pillow?!? They used to send me coupons for free photo pillows as my family gets one for an annual tradition, and now they're simply unaffordable. They've literally ended a family tradition. The site will no longer allow you to apply coupons from Honey, and their customer service blames Honey, calling it "an unreliable app for your browser." Funny, it works fine on literally every other shopping site, just not CanvasPeople. Regret having ever used this company, will not do so again. They're price gouging themselves into nonexistence.

I sent this to my kids and they loved it. They went on and on my daughter-in-law sent a picture of it hanging on the wall and it is perfect. I have used you guys several times and I am just so happy with all the work that you do, thank you so much.
This is my second time ordering. Both times the pictures turned out beautiful and the colors are amazing. Love that I took the pictures with my own camera phone and can have them made up. There will be a third time!
The ordering process was easy, and I appreciated the ability to customize my print with different sizes and framing options. The print arrived promptly and was well-packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
I've used CanvasPeople a few times and I'm always thrilled with the products. A++++++++ And I plan on purchasing many more from them.

Precious Memories
I am a very, very satisfied customer. I have purchased 211 canvases and 14 pillows. My beloved husband of 66 years of marriage died two years ago. I miss him so much. He had Alzheimer’s for 12 years, and during that time we were together constantly. When a canvas of him is delivered, it is kind of like he comes home that day. Our eight children tell me that I need to get on with my life, but at 90 years of age I feel I need to enjoy my life and do what brings me joy. Your excellent production of the canvases bring me joy. Yes, I do have them all hung on my walls. They bring back the memories of the day they were taken. Precious memories.

The work and at the price they provide is absolutely amazing. The canvas pictures are beautiful. From the ordering to the end is just perfect every time. I have never been disappointed.
I have ordered at other times and as before I'm very happy with the quality of each of them. They were well packed for shipping.
I got a pillow for a friend of her kitten and she loves it.
Canvaspeople has sent me text messages the last month and 1/2 to be able to get either a free canvas picture or like today 3/2/2023 get a free personalized Blanket I been wanting to order several times but the last month and 1/2 I have not been able to add to my cart after I have chosen my picture I wanted either as a canvas picture or today a personalized blanket with two pictures on the blanket .
I tried 7 times today and this evening on 3/2/2023 to do so each time I would click on the blue button to add to my cart it was loading but then it would pop up AWE SNAP and say something went wrong .
I either had a choice to click on the blue button to reload which I did but it would not reload it would just go back to the home page where I had to start all over again and choose a my own pictures then add to cart but as soon asci click on the blue button to add to cart again the message would vpop up saying AWE SNAP SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY TO RELOAD BUT IWHEN DOING SO IT WOULD TAKE ME RIGHT BACK TO THE HOME PAGE TO WHERE I HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN .
I DO HOPE ONE YOU ARE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE LINK SO I CAN ORDER AGAIN .
