Legacy music missing from dashboard - Zero human support for a month.
I have music live from 16 years ago that is missing from my dashboard. I can't see my earnings or take it down. My tickets from last month were ignored. My active ticket number from tonight is #5358499. I need a human manager to link my catalog. I have received no response for over a month!!! The ai chatbot is completely unhelpful!

Slow, Non-Existent Customer Service
I tried to communicate by chat, but no one responded. 10 days later I received a response to my chat. Very slow. I uploaded a new single and waited 2 weeks for it to be "inspected". Sounds like money grab for the $29.95 express inspection. Still waiting for answers to my 2nd chat conversation 3 weeks ago. Really slow. I got an e-mail that CD Baby had built a promo page for my new single - but I can't see it or access it. I'd like to use it, but I can't figure out how to get to it. I want to transfer the existing CD releases that were originally submitted under my artist's name to my Record Label name, so I can provide tax info and a payment method. I've requested help, but no response.

Everything went smoothly! Only thing is I don’t think I got an email when my song was released unless I missed it. I knew once I checked my account 2 days later. It wasn’t a big deal though, everything else was super user friendly and it seems like you guys respect music creators.
