Everything good and I am gratefull for thier service, but they distributed my music to wrong youtube chanel. I have written a ticket at help center 5 days and still no answear

They missed the mark this time around
I've used CDBaby for my music publications since 2019 and had never experienced any problems, so I was very surprised to see my release date come and go while the music was still in the approval state, given I submitted it about 5 weeks in advance. Ten days after the release date had passed, I received an email stating that there was a problem with the artwork. I made the necessary corrections and the publication process began a couple days later.

Great platform that made the job to publish the first LP for my new artist on most platform on the expected date! In less than 3 weeks 🙏 Much faster that RouteNote (still waiting to publish another artist after 5 weeks!!) Worth the 15$ spent 4 stars only because some complementary information could be usefull between the upload of the tracks and the official release.

Initially helpful but need more help setting up original video for Spotify and Apple Music. Also band photo and about the band, I'm still struggling on my own with that. More detailed follow up would be great!
