Used to be great - now awful

These guys used to be excellent, with great support. Now it's hyper-irritating to get any help at all. They routinely make mistakes, there are huge delays, and you can't count on them to distribute your release properly or to support you in any timely way when something goes wrong. After years of positive experience, they've caused me real pain and annoyance over the last year. It's genuinely sad how far they've let their service slide from a reliable partner to a bottom-of-the-barrel provider.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the support I have received regarding my latest release. My artist name is **Noel Claraso**, but when I registered my release, my full legal name, **Emilio Noel Claraso Garcia**, was mistakenly entered as the artist name. Approximately 20 minutes after the release went live, I contacted your support team to report the error and request that my artist name be corrected to **Noel Claraso** on **Spotify** and **Apple Music**. Unfortunately, I was only able to speak with an AI assistant, and although I was told my request would be reviewed, it has now been over **48 hours** without any response from a human representative. Because of this delay, I have been unable to promote my new song. Releasing music with the wrong artist name has seriously affected the launch, and the entire release has been a disappointment simply because no one assisted me when I reported the issue immediately after publication. I purchased the **Boost package** and invested **$50 USD** in this single, expecting reliable support if any issues arose. At this point, I only need my artist name to be corrected from **Emilio Noel Claraso Garcia** to **Noel Claraso** on Spotify and Apple Music. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to delete this release and move my catalog to another distributor, as I cannot continue working with a service that does not provide timely support for such a simple correction. I would appreciate a prompt response and an immediate solution to this matter. Finally, I want to be clear that my intention is not to leave a negative review if this issue is resolved. If you correct my artist name and provide the support I expected, I will gladly update my review to **5 stars**. However, until this matter is resolved, my experience deserves **1 star** due to the lack of timely assistance and the negative impact this has had on my release.
