I placed an order with Cell2Get for a brand new Motorola Edge 2022 5G – 256GB (Unlocked) in Mineral Gray for $189.95 (Order #93150, confirmed on July 8, delivered July 18 via USPS). But instead, I received a used Motorola Edge 5G UW (2021) – Model XT2141-1, Serial: ZY22F22WD8 — with no box label, no documentation, and only 128GB of memory, not the 256GB I paid for. The device was clearly used before, with visible wear and tear. There was no return eligibility stated anywhere clearly at checkout, and now I'm stuck with a product I didn’t order, that’s inferior in specs and used, when I paid for a newer, higher-capacity phone. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I urge others to avoid Cell2Get. This is false advertising and a scam.

the phone i bought (lg exalt) was FAKE they told me its real and refurbished but it was plain fake copy. the battery life was terrible, the screen pixels are messed up black lines appeared in different spots of the screen, the outside case got rubbed out within a month and i've had the real one it didn't rub out for a few years!!

Ordered unlocked ATT-compatible new phone. Received Verizon locked used phone. Verizon said it was locked to a business account on Verizon and they could not unlock it. What a waste of time time for an illegal bait and switch.

I ordered on May 17th. Tomorrow will be 10 DAYS and still no phone. A shipment from Brooklyn,NY to Brooklyn,NY doesn't take 10 days. I am left with no option after tonight other than call my bank and dispute the charge as a non-receipt and buy elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE. I DO GIVE THEM PROPS FOR TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT IN POSTING FAKE REVIEWS. THEY RUN A GREAT SCAM.
