I had a very unfair experience. I ordered a 9x12' seagrass rug. What I received was significantly smaller. I was told if the item was faulty, I would not be charged the return shipping, however I would be responsible for the high packaging charges to send it back. The compensation I was offered to keep the too-small rug was less than even the return shipping cost the seller would have incurred. If you order this rug, which really is rather unremarkable in itself, please be aware that the item may not be as represented and the return policy is difficult and unfair.

Ordered this amazing driftwood table with glass top. It came as stated in time. It was in tact, and beautiful. Delivery person communicated beforehand so we were aware of delivery day and time. Worth every cent!

Pamono and Charish seller since 3 years. We have had only the problems with pamono logistics department since november 2025. Pamono Logistics Team is an incompetent stuff who does not do his work. Several orders took about 2 months to be picked up instead 1 day normally. One order was cancelled by the customer because of the delay. Pamono direction have been informed about that since several months. PAMONO, Director of Sales offered us to do the work of pamono logistics department ourselves. Obviously it is not what pamono mentions in the contract. Since pamono has been sold in 2025 we have only incompetent persons to work with every sale. Today PAMONO, Director of Sales announced to us that our account will be closed because we din't want to do the work of pamono logistics department that does nothing instead their work Very poor expierence as the seller: incompetent stuff, rare sales, 4 weeks paiement after the sale, 30% sales fees, excessive account fees. All that just to not assume their incompetence. Never seen before.

Ordered some glassware that unfortunately one of the glasses was damaged in shipping. The customer service was incredible and it couldn't have been a better outcome and experience!
Description and photographs accurately depicted the item. It was reasonably priced and arrived sooner than estimated. The delivery team also installed it on site, so the process couldn't have been easier.

The company I bought my item from didn’t actually have my item. They didn’t alert Chairish that the item I bought “wasn’t available” until after the date it was to have shipped (my payment had been processed the month prior - over $2000). Then, when I selected a replacement, it was over a week until I was notified that I would get it. THEN, the item wasn’t shipped from CA to PA, as the supplier advertised on Chairish, but from overseas, so I had to complete customs information. Chairish support simply said , “sometimes items are shipped from overseas even when they say US.” Chairish offered to complete the customs details, but I was extremely frustrated by this point. I finally got my replacement item after 6 weeks, low confidence, and a compromise.
