Have made several purchases. The quality is good, as is the service. One item arrived broken and the problem was remedied quickly. All other items were of good quality and as described. The extra "service fee" seems excessive, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five.

I understand that Chairish is a conduit for sellers but they do have responsibility to confirm that the description matches the product. This is called 'Truth in Advertising'. I purchased 2 Michael Garden Stools in White from Spritely Home Finds via Chairish. They were not completely white as advertised but had a brown shading. Not what I wanted, but I did not notice it in the online photo and besides, the description stated WHITE in 2 descriptions. Why would I expect anything else. They did not offer an exchange, full credit, or refund. Note that they have an unusual 48 hour return window that I did not make. Not a good experience.

I purchased a bead board wall cabinet which I was looking for for quite a while and there it was. It arrived safely well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. It was exactly as shown on the website. She shipping charges were unfortunately very high because of the weight and the distance across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast! The service was prompt and without a hitch.
