Good communication during the offer and buying process. However, the shipping process was a bit bumpy because the first shipper could not provide a COI which my building requires. The second shipper was much better. Also the bench was in good shape and nice quality but the finish was much darker than depicted on your website.

The item is beautiful! It’s a bit overpriced. And it took WAY too long to be delivered! I made numerous calls to both Chairish and Plycon following this item and had a very difficult time getting full answers along the way. Stop promising a timeline that you cannot meet!

Purchased a lovely painting from the 19th century. I’m very pleased with my experience. The pictures posted in the app were very accurate in depicting tiny bits of damage as well as the beauty of the painting and the frame. They were highly accurate. The painting was incredibly well packaged. It arrived quickly as well. Very happy customer!
