Delivery time was very reasonable. The item arrived carefully packaged and intact. It didn't match the online description in that the signature (Jesus Olivas) does match the signature on other pieces by Jesus in my family.

Less than 1 star
Although the piece of furniture is beautiful, the service that Chairish provided was less than acceptable. They charge a premium delivery charge, using a company that anyone can schedule with for a fraction of the cost. I have used them personally, for less than a third of the cost. They advertise that most shipments are delivered within 5-7 days yet ours took over 6 weeks. The customer service didn’t bother to advise what was going on unless I reached out and asked. I will NEVER purchase anything through Chairish again.

Impressive experience
I am always impressed by the depth and breadth of the products offered through Chairish. I can usually find something I love even if I can't afford the ticket price. Sometimes there are extraordinary opportunities for price reduction that make the purchase possible. I have some wonderful vintage things from Chairish. I also want to note that I am a fan of Chairish collated collections by theme.
