I disputed 2 fraudulent charges with…
I disputed 2 fraudulent charges with Chime. Two unauthorized charges against my debit card. Chime sided with their company even though I provided all the proof that the company is not legit. This fake company sold me a product and continued billing me over and over again. They provided non working phone and emails that I had pictures of and provided to Chime. Chine bank will never side with the consumer. They are very corrupt!

I joined Chime in 2019 I thought hey it’s a prepaid banking app , I was already banking with Capital One, Wells Fargo and PNC so why not have prepaid card for online banking, Banking with Chime has become one of the best decisions I made. I’m now a Chime Prime member I get my direct deposits 2 -3 days early, I have a credit builder account that has help me build my credit drastically since 2024 not only that I get rewards for using my Chime card when traveling, everyday purchases like gas, groceries etc. As a Chime Prime member I can get a payday advance which varies between $500-$1000, I also can take out a personal loan with Chime which varies and Chime let’s you pay it back in installments, I absolutely love banking with Chime and I’ve referred family and friends to join Chime and they love it. I’m speaking from a personal experience💚

I really appreciate the banking services that they offer. The overdraft (SpotMe) coverage is great as well as the ability to get a payDay loan with very little fees attached. My loan amount has grown with the number of direct deposits that I make. It went from $100 when I first joined to $600 if I need it :) The customer service has been great when I had questions about unauthorized charges and I've used their tax filing services twice without hassle !!

Banking with Chime is one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to mobile banking, I opened my account in 2019 I’ve been a loyal member ever since, Chime offer credit building, I get my direct deposits 3 days earlier then I would banking with my other financial institutions. Customer service is great I love how you have to verify your about chime send a code to your registered phone number to verify that your the account holder along with other sensitive details you can have added. I've been with chime for years and satisfied with their services, the only thing I suggest they do is set-up international banking by that I mean being able to do ACH TRANSFER internationally.

Having Chime is great until you get hacked. If your card was not stolen they will tell you that you made the charge. I was hacked and had someone buy something from united airlines for $50.00. I clicked the button saying I did not make and froze my card and called to get a new card and dispute the charge. They said because the card was still in my hand that I made the charge. So if you get hacked virtually, there’s nothing you can do about it because your card wasn’t stolen. Then they will tell you that they’ll go back and look at all your transaction history. The funny thing is I’ve never bought a plane ticket with this card. What are you buying for $50.00 dollars at united airlines.
