Excellent product, great prices, fast delivery
Excellent, faster delivery time than buying via Amazon.com, for a refreshed model (didn't realise it until I received both), and no customs delay versus amazon.com shipping to Australia. BUT, one star off because I didn't get any respond by email, by online chat (seems to be always off-line, and leaving a message there, I get no answers!) Excellent computers overall for cheap.
