THEY MAKE IT VERY VERY HARD TO RETURN THE ITEM. The quality seems good, but it's not possible to know how you'll look in the dress without trying it on first. When I received it I tried it on and told them I wanted to return it, they said it's not returnable, I told them on the website it says it is returnable, they responded with "well it will cost you $50-$100 to return it". You need to know this before ordering. I would never have bought from this company had I known this fact. If you know you'll like it, go for it, but if not, choose another.

I highly recommend it. You can submit your own dimensions, make changes. Received an answer quickly. And I liked the main dress. Good tailoring and good fabric quality.

I love the dress and color. The material is nice & is exactly like picture. The sizing is a little off from USA sizing. My dress is approximately 2 inches from fitting in bust area all other areas in dress is good

Affordable beautiful gown. Attention paid to ensure correct custom measurements, so it fits perfectly. Pink-pearl color is actually a pretty pale peach 🍑. Flattering cut for the curvier girl. Shipping was timely, but would've preferred more protective packaging, as dress was stuffed into a small plastic bag resulting in severe wrinkling.

Amazing company!
The company were nice enough to get in touch when they noticed I'd ordered two of the same dress in different sizes. They explained their process and were patient with me as I was sending over the measurements needed and refunded me the 2nd dress that I didn't need. The dress arrived in great time and was a perfect fit! We did have to take the hem up slightly as although it reached to the floor, we decided it looked nicer a little higher up but the quality of the dress and the fit was perfect! I would happily order from them again and have recommended them to my other bridal friends!
Dusk bridesmaid dresses
I ordered bridesmaid dresses in "dusk", which is a lovely colour that I couldn't find elsewhere, and the dresses were of a great quality and looked gorgeous. Most of them needed altering as the length was too long, but Cicinia gave a reimbursement to contribute towards this. I would say make sure to order the swatches first as the colour of the material looks different to how it did on the website. They take about 6 weeks to be delivered so I would advise ordering well in advance (particularly if they then need altering before an event).

These arrived one week before my wedding, and they didn’t even fit. They run extremely small. I have tried several times to attempt to return them. I have received no response. I am not happy and I don’t recommend you ordering from them. You will be sorry.
