I ordered a floral bridesmaid dress, custom sized. Honestly I was really nervous about it. However it fits perfectly and the quality exceeded my expectations. Ordered for my daughters bridesmaid dress. Was sceptical at first as read some mixed reviews. We measured and daughter was in-between a size 10-12 so requested a 'custom fit' so made to order. We sent in our measurements and I emailed back and forth a few times for my reassurance to check the length, customer service was great and responded so efficiently and when the dress arrived. Must say so impressed. Material is gorgeous and fits my daughter like a glove, looks so much more expensive than it was. Would definitely recommend the quality of these dresses are amazing !

Dress was to small in shoulder’s, although measurements provided to seller. It was so sad, because dress is beautiful. Too expensive to alter. Only $35 reimbursement for alterations and no time to order second dress.

I will buy again.

Lovely dresses, fabulous chiffon fabric

We were recommended this company by a friend, also for the style of dresses. We were a little worried as to what we would get. We had them customer measured which was easy to follow. Dresses arrived earlier than expected but when we tried them in one dress was tight I measured it and it wasn't the measurement I had ordered! I email and the replied saying to measure from a different point but what ever way I measured it was still not what I had ordered, they advised me there was plenty of spare fabric and to go to local seamstress and they would allow upto £20 for alterations this I did and once I had dress altered I sent receipt and they kindly refunded £20 back to the card I used when I placed my order. My local seamstress said how well dresses were made. Overall I'm very pleased with the dresses, fabric is fabulous service and aftercare very good I would recommend but I would make sure you order in plenty of time incase you have to have it altered as this took me 4 weeks to get it done.

Custom Made Dress

I spent quite a bit of time looking at this company to have a dress made for an awards event. I emailed them on a few occasions to ask questions and they came back to me either the same day or the day after. Swatches were sent out promptly and all was going well. I sent my measurements online for a custom made dress and then also emailed the measurements to make sure the company had them. They emailed straight back to confirm they had my measurements and they would be starting the dress very soon. The dress arrived in good time and it was well made. The material is of good quality but the dress is not made to my measurements that I gave. The waist and chest area is 3 inches bigger than the measurements that I gave them, this is not a slight adjustment. After taking photos to show the error and explaining the above to the company I have had nothing back from them. Have sent three emails with photos and had no reply so I am putting out a review on here in the hope that they may respond. Such a shame they have let themselves down with the customer service aftercare and support. Will be giving them a further seven days to respond and then I will be going to the bank with all of my evidence to claim the costs back from this company.

Told me they don’t recognise my order and won’t refund!

I need to return a dress. Sizing is AWFUL. All of us that have ordered have received dresses too small. Now they are saying they have no record of my order and it’s not from their store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Beautiful well made dress! I had my dress made to fit my shape instead of ordering a basic size. It fits perfectly!! 1 would absolutely recommend this company for dresses. Communication has been amazing also. Will defo order from them again for a special occasion

Very pleased with the service from Cicinia. I ordered 2 standard size dresses but they were too small, I returned them and got my refund few days later. I ordered another 2 using exact measurements, the dresses came quicker than expected, quality is very good, one needs slight alterations but nothing to complain about. I was kept up to date with the process and quick responses from my emails. Genuine customer and very satisfied, was nervous after reading some negative comments

I'm very pleased with my dress, the fabric is good quality, it looks amazing. It was made with my own measurements, but as expected, it needs slight alterations, nothing major. The customer service is really great, very good communication. The dress came earlier than expected, that was a nice surprise. I might use Cicinia again.

Highly recommend - beautiful dresses and great customer service!

Ordered dresses in mid January for expected delivery in March. Customer service was great in double checking sizes and allowing for a longer period to return due to all the bridesmaids being spread out. The dresses themselves are beautiful! Very well made and all bridesmaids were happy. Came earlier than expected and despite being packaged in small bags, the dresses weren't creased at all!
