Truly a let down and could have done myself, just go to court when bank has court date. Negotiate than and be done. Still waiting for letter’s showing paid off. I completed my pay in 11 months ago and only 3 they had to deal with. No consistency and I am sorry lied too on who was following up and communicating back. I have never been called in 53 months, I always have to call and that is a joke. 7 case numbers with a 24 hour promised response, have heard from them. Nope again had to spend time texting and waiting. SO DO IT YOURSELF NO NEED FOR THIRD WEAK PARTNER. I didn’t save a dime. Does anyone else think Reliant the statement company is a true joke. I wish I could call Saul on this confusing invoice/statement.
This was the worst experience I've ever had!!! This company has taken over $4k and has not settled any of my accounts. I've made several attempts to contact a supervisor to pay off the program and i have not gotten any call backs!! There has been no resolution in over 2yrs now, They keep you in the program to charge fees without closing out any accounts. I highly recommend NOT dealing with this scam of a company!!
After about year and a half I went to the bank and learned they had not paid on my cards one company said they had never been contacted by them now I am sitting with a worse credit rating than when I started and a larger debt from the added interest I am 73 years old I can’t recover from this

He was very nice to talk to he knew a lot stuff that I was concerned about. He explained everything to me that I could understand.
Citizens does not support, or doesn't seem to, transparency. I have no idea what is happening with my account since they do not send monthly statements. They said this will be done in 4 years and that's 14 months away and accounts have still not been settled. Getting a hold of them or respond to emails is difficult. They said if i made 6 months of payments that i can "graduate" early and get everything paid off, consolidation loan of sorts, but that is not true. You have to have perfect credit to get one and they tell to stop paying your debts so not sure how you can have perfect credit. I had 720 when i started this. They use a payment processor that takes fees from you and its unclear the fee schedule. I am not sure if they are doing this in good faith but you are in the program, they leave out to dry for the most part. I haven't heard from them for several months. I have my accounts and program looked at by a third party and I wont be done in 4 years like they promised. Its probably 5-6. And they word the contract with that could change based on negotiations and i still have outstanding accounts after 3 years, they are not very good. There is plenty of better, more reputable companies that can help you. If you do decide to go with them, track everything, the amounts how where your accounts go, what the amounts are, how much they were able to settle and what fees they are charging. Update: Well they try to get you to drop the review but then just go back to how they do business. Had talks and they tried to negotiate for me to take down the review, but they still dont communicate with you clearly. I haven't received any monthly statements or updates. So back to little to no communication. Oh and they do charge you regardless if the negotiations worked or not. They don't have to actually do any negotiations on your behalf and they will still charge you.

I reached out to this company to help me get out of a situation with credit card debt. They have been over backwards to take care of everything from me kept me well informed of what's happening. My rep explained the difference between some difference between some of the plans that are out in the market that claim they debt relief and how they work and how some you dont get information to see where your money is sitting they just tell you they will hold it but you do not see or have excess to check on your money in the account you are told it is sitting in and this company they give you the information to check your acct to see the money in the acct as you pick you own login and password to verify the money is in the acct yourself. This is what makes this company better then others I have spoke with.
