I have asked that my skin prep be…

I have asked that my skin prep be changed from Adapt to Allcare twice. The Adapt doesn’t work for me and my skin beneath my wafer becomes red and irritated stinging. I would appreciate the change. Also I do Not need a regular 3 month supply delivery I have enough to last and do NOT have available space to store them.

Stoma Supplies

I was almost out of my bags I was out of supplies had to use tape to put my bags. The tape broke me out so bad. I didn’t have a supplier so I got This number off one of my boxes and called comfort medical they took such great care of me. A few days later got a box with everything I need. Thanks Comfort Med.

Calling the 800 number is frustrating

Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.

I loved comfort medical until

I loved comfort medical, they were prompt with getting my supplies to me. However, my last call for a reorder was not received, and when i called to ask about it they didn't know why at first, and then told me they are no longer in network with my insurance. I then had 1 week worth of supplies left. I wish they would have let me know sooner, now I'm 2mo's into this process of trying to find a new vendor to ship my supplies. I don't think they understand that having catheters is a life or death matter, if you reuse them you can get a uti that could be deadly. please care about your patients a little more, this shouldn't be "just a job" to you.

The quality has severely gone down for…

The quality has severely gone down for this company to the point where I'm searching for a different company to switch orders to. Hard to reach someone to talk to, they will just take your number down, and it takes DAYS for a callback just to order. They are so disorganized they can't even find my account. No one is able to answer any questions. Just save your time and go find a different company.

Comfort medical has done great things for me. If I have a question or I can’t understand something they’re always there to help me. Everybody is so polite and helpful. I would never go to another company. I would recommend this company to anybody that I know.

Every month there is an issue

Every month there is an issue. And I get an email saying that my daughter's order is delayed and I have to call and find out what is going on for them to tell me every single time that there is an issue with the order when it's the same order nothing has changed. I ask to talk to a Manger and get voice mail and instead of calling me back they just send my daughter's order out without telling me what the actual issue is . This month they changed supplies on me and I have called 2 different times and was supposed to get a call back for a week now and nothing and still don't have the right supplies.

Terrible quality control!

Instead of sending us 12 boxes of 50 catheters each whoever fulfilled the order only put 12 catheters in one small box. Then it took me four phone calls and almost 2 weeks to get my order filled after the incorrect number of catheters were sent.
