The best agent in china
Just received my second shipment. Had very fragile objects in it but everything arrived safely! Im more than happy with this agent. Fees are absolutely okay, customer service answers fast and all my wishes for the shipment were fulfilled. Very transparent process and reliable. Absolutely recommended!

cssbuy can't handle refunds
cssbuy is a horrible service to use if refunding due to a long wait, ive tried to contact services on their website about the refund and ive received no reply and im still waiting which lead me to their discord server where Ï tried to create tickets which gave no help as cssbuy tried to blame my bank for the delayed refund

Id give them less if I could and I seriously don’t recommend. If you happen to have an issue with any post at any point they refuse to help you (I’m not really demanding, usually I waved it off until I got an official apology letter from my post admitting it was their fault so I asked them for help and after 4 MONTHS of explaining the situation they just said they won’t help me), they charge big sums at random despite the “rehearsal” and contact is barely possible (I got charged $50 at random and they refused to tell me why despite me wanting to pay it, just wanted to understand where was the need from). There’s hidden costs everywhere, the app constantly shuts down and is basically unusable most of the time. Some products show up much more expensive in the search too (sometimes it’s a bug) most of all they’re impossible to work with

Bad Experience
The shipping cost for an 8 kg parcel was quoted at USD 150. However, I was recently charged only USD 60 by Superbuy for shipping a 5 kg parcel. Additionally, I was charged a “service fee” at the time of submitting my parcel. There was no explanation provided regarding the purpose of this fee, and I have never previously been charged a similar service fee when using other agents. Furthermore, I was informed that a seller had allegedly failed to ship an item for over 20 days and that only a refund could be offered. After contacting the seller directly, they confirmed that no such issue had occurred. To verify this, I later purchased the same item again through Superbuy, and it was delivered to their warehouse within three days.
