CSSBuy is a rip-off
This was my first time using CSSBuy and I don't recommend it. I placed 3 orders through this company totaling €20.44. The product prices and shipping to the CSSBuy warehouse are very cheap, but that's where the problems begin. Just the shipping of my 3 orders to my home was extremely expensive (€28), so I requested a return. Each return cost between €1.48 and €2.10, so one of the orders cost more to return and I preferred not to. After the return of the other 2 orders, I was left with a total of €12.29. I requested a withdraw and only received €8.57 in my bank account. I believe that when an online purchase is cancelled in full or a refund is processed using the same payment method, nothing is charged, but CSSBuy said they had to pay a commission. However, they refunded the money in two installments so they could charge more. A complete rip-off. Very bad.

Account Blocked and Orders Withheld After Insurance Refund Approved by the Company
I made a purchase in August 2025 and paid both shipping and insurance to have it delivered to Brazil. After a delivery delay, I requested a refund in accordance with the insurance policy. The refund was issued by the company after they confirmed the delay. After receiving the refund, I made new purchases using the balance and paid the shipping costs. However, the company is now refusing to ship these new items, claiming that the previous package was eventually delivered late. The buyer of the previous order had already canceled due to the delay, so the delivered package was no longer useful. I demand that the items I have already paid for be shipped. If necessary, I am willing to return the previously delivered package, provided they issue a return order. Below is the message I received from the company: “Hello, friend, your parcel P250816793472 has delivered successfully, you need return the compensation 1444 yuan to us. If you didn’t recharge, you can’t buy or ship any order from our platform, please note.” The refund was granted by the company itself after confirming the delay, according to the insurance I paid for. Using this refund as a condition to block my account and retain goods I have already paid shipping for is unreasonable and improper.

Good agent, good pictures and good customer service. But after they have your product they charge most of the times ridiculous money to ship them out. Excuses that packages exceed kilograms of volumetric weight with ANY order. Split it in 2 without reason =more fees. Service fees are getting out of control. Last time used.

They're thieves. After the products arrive at their warehouse, they start charging inexplicable extra fees to allow you to ship them. Shipping to their warehouse cost me $42. When I wanted to ship them to another warehouse in China, they asked for $96. They placed the shipping order and charged me the fees without explaining why. I asked to cancel the shipping order and place it manually. According to their shipping calculator, this cost me $106, which I paid to be done with it. Then they charged me an additional $48, and I have no idea why! They said they wouldn't ship if I didn't pay the extra fee. Now the shipment is with them, and I refuse to pay any more. They're just corrupt thieves.
