I bought dozens of different vintage…
I bought dozens of different vintage ballpoint pens through cssbuy, so a bit unusual compared to almost everyone else seemingly buying only clothing items. My experience was honestly insane. The chat function is unbelievably quick. They handle simple tasks well: 1. Charge the cssbuy account through paypal: I notify them of it, they immediately recharge my account with the amount. 2. Troubleshooting: They even edited one of my screenshots with a red arrow as to where to click. 3. Refunding back to my paypal: After ~2 workdays, everything was refunded back that I wanted. It's kind of unreal how well cssbuy does these basic things. But for more complicated matters, they have trouble with the english/translation barrier, so I can't speak of that. But if your use-case is simple like mine, absolutely crazy site to use, recommend it lol

The biggest scammers in Asia
Ordered some items for my bussines which were about 250$ and another 250$ for shipping. After 6 months and 30 messages with them, they refound me 50$ out of 500$. The reason? They didn't even bother give me one. Lied to me for 6 months that the parcel is at customs (but refusing to tell me in what country or any details about the shipping company so maybe I can contact them to find any information about the parcel). I'm pretty sure they don't have a clue how to speak English because they don't understand basic questions. TLDR Scammers with no intention to help you. Disgusting company that refuses to give you any proper explanation or information.

And when I submitted to ship they change the weight, even it’s one item! And they said can’t ship my parcel because is to big! The support don’t care about! Be very careful!
