The experience was made so much easier than I expected. And the processor was very pleasant to talk and work with.

Maria the processor made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. I had my doubts about getting a loan and she truly Mae me more confident about getting it done. She also was a knowledgeable person who took the time to explain all my concerns and questions.

Loan Application Declined with a better Credit Score than previously

I am continually given the bait and switch when I attempt to refinance a loan I have with CUNJ. I apply, hit with a hard credit inquiry and then declined. I was able to get credit previously...when my credit score was much lower. Go figure.
