Dining room art
I loved the posters I ordered! They all fit cohesively and the framing system is really secure. My only issues are: It took a hot minute to try to get the posters onto the hooks, mainly because the acrylic “glass” is very thin and wobbly so we had to push the top center of the poster inward so it would catch on the hook. If there was an option to upgrade the framing to glass I would gladly pay more for that. Also because the acrylic is thin, the larger poster (20x39) frame was a little wobbly and the poster and acrylic would slip out at times while trying to hang it. Would I order something again? Sure, most definitely smaller prints. Large not so much.

Very fast processing & shipping! Great prints, although there were a few that weren’t as good quality. But the larger prints were really great.
My frame arrived damaged
My frame arrived damaged. I contacted the Desenio customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement. Great customer service!
Overall
Overall, I liked my posters. The photos took a little longer than promised to arrive, but they arrived and were exactly what I ordered. I would buy again in the future.

I want to love this product- frame is beautiful and print turned out very nice. I would not pay extra fee for framing - it was not worth the additional fee. Also I didn't realize it was framed in cheap plastic! definitely not worth 90$ I paid, worried it will crack or scratch with writing on it overtime.

The frame was not nailed together
The frame was not nailed together. Two corners were very loose and poster would not stay inside of it. Poster was nice, frame and framing service was of poor quality. I would have done the framing myself if i had known it would be poorly done.

Fast delivery and packaged well
Fast delivery and packaged well. The print met my expectations and more. We had the print blown up to one of the largest sizes and the quality was just as pictured. I would highly recommend!
It’s a shame
It’s a shame, the art was lovely but my frame arrived damaged and instead of offering to send me new glass they said I should buy a new $85 frame. Asking I said that was absurd, they gave me the option to return the frame and wait for the refund the purchase another one but my original order took long enough to arrive I shouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning the frame just and be out $85 until I get a refund (which — based on other reviews might not even happen)
