Getting the UPS shipment was challenging because of the signature requirement. UPS also was delivering extremely late in the day. They tried to deliver twice after 8 PM at night. Then they were late delivering it to the alternate delivery point that I designated. Otherwise, my experience was very good, and the ring is beautiful.
