Inadequate Customer Service
I paid for a replacement Diamond stud, and when I received my box there was only one diamond stud in it (my original) and my replacement stud was missing. I emailed Effy, and corresponded with two representatives (Raphael and Stephanie), and still no resolution nor have I heard back from either of them.
