Long time user.
Been using ETD products for about 15 years across 4 different vehicles and both thier hideaway lights & light bars have yet to let me down. Pricing and durability keep me coming back.

Description for Lighting Features
Please provide a clearer description with the lighting types eg. With/without takedown lights. Otherwise, the site was amazing and it was super easy to place an order.
Easy to use
Easy to navigate website and have the regulations by state to easily find if the lights meet the requirements.
Great Warrenty with the product
The website was easy to navigate. Description of the products were detailed and the price was right. Great warranty too.
easy to find but lack info
stuff is easy to find but info on if the lights can bt synced together and what type of wiring the lights come with and picture of the back of the lights would have been nice
Do not do business with them
Do not do business with them. They were quick to charge my credit card for an item they did not have in stock with no communication on lead time and now slow walking a refund two months later when I have not received the item. I Email customer service and call Via phone but they told me the only way to get a refund is E-mailing accounting. I have e-mailed accounting with no response This is not how e-retail works.
Simple and easy ordering process....

The website was easy to navigate and the products look very good. The descriptions were excellent. However, under the light bar section in the description of the products there was an "optional hard mount kit" described. It was not clear if this kit comes with the light bar or not and a search of the website does not bring up this kit. Hopefully it is included.
