Extremely unimpressed. I work in traffic control and needed a light bar for a new pick up. went on their website and ordered an amber/white lightbar. After a month with no shipping i was told the light bar i ordered is on back order and i cant switch to another because all options are on back order but available on the website. They will gladly take your money and give no eta of when they plan to have their light bars back in stock. i emailed to try to get a resolution and only automated messages. i tried to call and i am told i need to send an email to receive another automated email. Don't get scammed by these goofs like i did. waste of time and money. Hopefully i can actually get a refund from this shady business.

Customer service is beyond horrible
Customer service is beyond horrible. Said all my items were shipped yet their own website says partial shipping. Tried to basically say I was lying about not receiving some of my order. Funny how a missing 29 inch traffic advisor was shipped in a 14” box. Have filed with BBB and Florida AG. They are the worst company ever. Avoid like the plague. Would rather order from Amazon than this place.
