There was a lot of helpful and specific information about returns, shipping costs, and exchanges. The flat rate shipping costs for any purchase below $99 would be great for some purchases, but not so much for me and my small item. I also was going to purchase a "T" connector to accommodate greater spread to the fire starter instead of just having a straight line fire starter pipe with holes; but there wasn't enough information to know how the "T" worked. More information in the description of the products would be helpful. i.e can you buy an 8" bar to add to the "T" to make all the three arms functional? What do you attach to the "T" fitting? Is one end on one pipe blocked, or are both pipes blocked on one end? Is the block removeable? Because of the lack of information, I just ended up buying the 17" bar to replace mine which had failed after 10 years. This wasn't really what I ideally wanted. Addendum - The 17" lighter pipe arrived on time and exactly as described.
