When i received my new remote i installed the battery's and one of the battery's got very hot. I installed new battery's and the remote dose not work. I am not sure if the remote is bad or i am doing something wrong.

This replacement does not replace the one that came with the unit the original one says the model no could be sp1001 orsp1001hl or con1001 or crag-1 orcas-3 none of the boxes are checked of the one you sent me was1001a and that doesn’t work I an mailing it back to you
