Great bike! We were able to put this together in about an hour with no issues. Love that is came with a lot of the pieces already assembled. The bike is sturdy, great quality and look amazing. Very happy with this purchase.

We ordered two bikes to take with us on camping trips. Was looking for something affordable, yet high quality and with a cool design style. These bikes turned out to fit this perfectly! Easy to put together and they look great. We have only used them a few times, but are enjoying them!

I ordered a bike for my daughter on December 5th. Website said ships in 6 days. I called on December 16th because I received no further information. I was told not only that the bike wasn’t in stock but also that they didn’t have any ETA for my order. Terrible service. I had sent emails too but got no response at all via email or social media message.

When I moved to Santa Monica I needed a reliable bike and Firmstrong has been exactly that. I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it's worked great. The only complaint I have is the handlebar padding is showing some wear after minimal use and 4 months of ownership.

I ordered my Sons bike a little after Covid19 hit full blown and didn’t read any reviews because well Firmstrong is a really great strong bike so I didn’t feel the need to. We did have a little scare with some confusion and not knowing what was going on with the order but all that aside the bike was delivered about a week after I ordered. I admit I didn’t think I would get anything for the whole week. We have 2 Firmstrong Beach Cruisers that are great Bikes all around! Lightweight, they look great. We get tons of compliments on both. One is about 3 plus years old and looks as good as the day we bought it. Love these bikes.

I ordered a Firmstrong Beach Cruiser and this bike is awesome. Better than anticipated. Solid construction, smooth finishes. Some assembly was required but very easy to do. I did order during the pandemic which caused Delivery delays but the company did their best to keep me updated.

I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.

Love the bike, hate the wait. I ordered early in the pandemic although apparently not early enough. Ordered originally on Amazon, got email it shipped but didn't arrive and then told it was on backorder. Switched order to Firmstrong website itself and waited through many, many months. Once bike arrived I was very happy with the quality. Assembly was easy. Happy to be able to go on bike rides with my daughters.

I likely would have cancelled the order, but the team kept me updated regularly on the COVID-related delays, and once the bike finally arrived was a joyous moment! I'm glad we stuck with it, the bike is really cool!!
Going above and beyond
Considering the global shortage of bicycles because of the pandemic, I cannot judge the delivery process other than to say they communicated as well as possible and what did arrive was easy to assemble and a tremendous value for a 3 speed cruiser. Very happy
