Fast and easy to order no issues
Fast and easy to order no issues what so ever the shipping was also fast arrived within three days over all the sunglasses where perfect even better in person … and not to mention also great price I’ve looked around and frame direct was the best price

You take too long
The waiting to receive my frames was unnecessarily long. Expedited should mean that you actually turn in the order to your supplier the day you get it, not a week or more later. If I pay for 2 day shipping then I should receive my purchase within 3 days total or get my shipping fees refunded. Not happy.

Do not purchase the warranty
Do not purchase the warranty. Absolutely trash. To file a claim you must first send the lenses back then after they receive them they will begin processing the replacement. Good luck seeing during this time. It’s not like you need glasses or anything. Why would they simply not hold a credit card on file and process the replacements? Ohh, because that would Involve common sense and giving a care about you the customer. Updated for the “response” Thank you for contacting FramesDirect, where you can find the largest selection of premium eyewear online. Below is our reply to your inquiry regarding order # 2190648 - FD Your inquiry : Hello. Could you please advise on how I process a warranty claim for a scratched lens? Response to your inquiry : Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty. Our warranty only covers manufacturer defects that occur within one year of purchase. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-248-9427 if we can be of further assistance or if you need additional information. And my response: Wow…. Or you could actually give a damn and do your job and check the order number that I provided and see that I purchased the warranty. So, let’s try again and pretend that you actually care about doing your job or about your customers.

Do Not Buy
They sold me a pair of glasses they don’t have and three weeks later said they couldn’t source. They have not refunded my purchase. Look at other options

Fast & accurate with good customer service
I needed new glasses in a hurry before a summer trip. I included a note when I placed my order asking if it was possible to expedite due to my current glasses being damaged and ended up receiving my new glasses in just 6 days, including a weekend. Ordering was easy and the glasses are exactly as requested. I was able to call customer service and talk to an actual person about my order on a Saturday. Between the ease of ordering, the quality of work, the short turn-around time, the ability to track status online, and real people on the phone, I will definitely use FramesDirect again and recommend it to others.
