I couldn't tell how large the frames were and I actually wanted a larger frame I thought it was larger it's okay but like I said I would have preferred a larger frame and I would have preferred to try it on and that wasn't an option

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Today my eyeglasses arrived and upon opening the box, both lenses were scratched, filthy, and full of fingerprints. They sent me a pair of used eyeglasses somebody returned. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Will be calling them first thing tomorrow morning to request a full refund and I will be taking my business to a more reputable company.

The frames are not the right size, way too narrow despite looking fine on virtual try on.
Update: The team member got with me, helped me understand the exchange process, and helped expedite. New glasses are high quality and fit perfectly!
