Not up front that it takes a month to get your glasses. They do however have a great selection. And my glasses show label created, waiting to ship for 3 days!!

I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban RB8908 frames in Black from FramesDirect, and overall, it was a great experience. - The price was excellent compared to other online retailers. Felt like a very fair deal for the quality. - I opted for the Basic shipping, which was free, and I was very happy with how quickly the order arrived. The frame arrived exactly as described and looks fantastic. - My only minor complaint is the insurance integration. I wasn't able to apply my VSP insurance directly at checkout because they are considered out-of-network. It would be much more convenient if they could process those claims directly. Despite the extra step for insurance reimbursement, the savings and the speed of service make them a top choice for premium eyewear. I’ll definitely be back for my next pair!

What can I say except that I’m deeply disappointed. I ordered Versace prescription glasses with Amber Gen S Transition lenses. Unfortunately, the coating on one of the lenses failed in less than two weeks. I returned them for service under the 30-day warranty, and while they did remake the lenses, the new ones were returned loose in the frame. Now I’m left with two options: pay out of pocket to have someone else fix FramesDirect’s mistake, or send the glasses back a second time and wait weeks for yet another repair. I likely will have to take them local to repair them because I can't wait endless weeks for warranty service. Frankly I am tempted to submit a claim to my credit card company at this point for any repair adjustment. This is the same frustrating experience I’ve had with FramesDirect in the past. I’m not the type of customer who returns items for no reason, but when a company is going to make and install prescription lenses, they should get it right the first time—not on the second or third attempt. The customer service has been consistently poor over the years. It's always problem after problem after problem anytime I order from this company. Truly a terrible experience! You get what you pay for, I guess.
