Terrible service
Terrible service, terrible process and constant interjection with unnecessary and unwanted problems. Ive had to call customer service 3 times for one order and they still haven't shipped and now want me to reorder. I wonder if vista print can do any better...? Order number 30668488

I tried to order business cards
I tried to order business cards, I could not figure out how to write my info on the card, so I called customer service, I was told that I had to get familiar with graphic design which I am not, so needless to say all the advertisements that I've seen did not say that you have to be a graphic designer just to get a simple business card , a waste of time

Very professional design experience
Design layout software is very detailed and easy to use. Warning about use of QR codes is very helpful. Order processing is easy to use. Overall experience is first rate.

These are the worst business cards I…
These are the worst business cards I have ever gotten. What happened to maybe looking at things before you print them I can’t even read my cards. The print is so small and then I’ve got two big white borders on the front 500 useless cards. I will never do business with this company again.Renee Hartz

Hi Renee, we are sorry your Business Cards did not turn out how you intended. We ask for our Standard Business Cards to be submitted with a 0.1" bleed, making the final size 3.6" x 2.1". This is how to avoid the unintended white borders you see. We also recommend font size at least 10pt depending on the font style that is being used. No Quality Control, Not Worth the Gamble
I've been ordering from GotPrint for many years, and in the beginning it almost seemed too good to be true - the prices are stunningly low and the quality was great. But as their business has grown I have to assume they have started contracting out a lot of their print production and the overall quality control has fallen off a cliff. Of my last four orders, every single one required a full reprint because of print quality, color, trim, and corner rounding issues and their order issue resolution leaves a lot to be desired. My most recent reprint has taken 3 full weeks to produce (when the original order only took one week to be printed). They used to be a great company, but now even at their low low prices it's not worth the gamble on what you're going to get. Update: It has now been 13 days since I left my initial review. That reprint still has not shipped to me. I have been in contact with their customer service about it, but I still don't have my order. At this point, I don't think it's ever coming.

Probably fine if you get everything right the first time...
I placed an order for multiple items with graphics that all appeared to be within their guidance lines. However 3 were not. They sent me a couple of emails about correcting those files. I uploaded new files once but apparently those weren't good enough either so they were rejected again. This would have been fine if they had given me the option of still placing the order for the items that were acceptable or if they had given me some number of days notice before canceling the whole order, but they did neither of those things. They did send a couple of emails but I was traveling for work and did not have access to my personal computer during that time. When I reached out, they said, sorry we canceled the order and it cannot be reinstated. You will have to start over. It's annoying and so I am going to shop somewhere else now.

Won’t let me order a flyer bc I don’t…
Won’t let me order a flyer bc I don’t have the set bleed line correctly when I purposefully designed the flyers to leave space that is able to trimmed by the cut lines. So it literally is “protecting” you from yourself even though I am aware of the “problem” and is forcing me to redesign it several times causing weeks delay on my business startup. I will be using a different company that doesn’t force you to leave set cut out margins that I can’t get because it is an AI generated design.
