After more than I month I still have not received all of my order. I've tried multiple times to request a re-print or a refund on the order of 250 business cards, but keep getting the run around. It's been frustrating.

Ordered simple front only cards for my art business. The process is straightforward but to upload my own design was not. It states what formats are needed and I did that exactly as directed. Something with the site’s camera is corrupted. I found a work around but I would have liked to have both sides of the card with designs. I gave up. It makes me wonder if they want customers to only use their designs. When I did receive my order I was pleased with the quality and clarity of my design. So my opinion is GotPrint has potential to improve the ordering process. Thus improving customer satisfaction.

I tried opening a vendor account and it was nothing but a hassle. I had all my paperwork from my LLC, state, etc. and they would not give me an account because the name on the LLC did not match my website. REALLY? How stupid is that? My LLC name is the NAME of the company and the website is a NAME of a division of the LLC. Then they allow me to purchase the same as anybody off the street. So, BYE! There are THOUSANDS of industry-only printers out there, and I will happily take my money elsewhere.

My first order had several issues which delayed my business timeframes somewhat. Realizing I am not within the industry or use it often I can understand some of the issues but if the instructions were more forthcoming and 'in-your-face and up-front' I believe the experience would have gone smoother. I gave 3 stars solely because the production and delivery turnaround was solid, even impressive. Also Jeff in Customer Service caught something in my order and saved me from having to get my items redone for a 3rd time. TIPS FOR NON-TECHNICAL CUSTOMERS: 1. FILES NEED TO BE IN CMYK FORMAT (I used CANVA, .PDF FOR PROFESSIONAL PRINTING) 2. NO SYMBOLS ONLY TEXT IN FILENAMES (Thanks Jeff) 3. Use bold text larger than 10pt for business cards and bright enough so white is bright white and can easily be seen. First experiences are everything. The credits weren't enough for me to want to return because the $50 S&H charges with each REDO was too much (Boxes are heavy, I get this isn't a GOTPRINT issue but it played a role)

The order took a long time. UV not the best quality, I have peeling corners on my cards. And cut is not clean (obviously company doesn’t use laser for cutting, but knife press type. Adm knives are dull)

I placed an order for 1000 business cards for an upcoming event. After emails back and forth about bleed areas and templates (ok no big deal to fix but I had to do it) then after a week of that they finally tell me that the template that I was using (from their website) was wrong. That they work only in "channels" not layers and that it wouod cost me an additional $60 for them to fix it and that there was no way to meet my deadline. All around not a good experience and the customer service was less than helpful.

I ordered business cards 3 times within a month. The first batch had a spelling error which was my dumb mistake so I reordered with the correction and they were good. Then our company got rid of our fax # so I reordered cards without the fax #. They came off center, the bottom lines on the right were touching the edge, and when I told them, they said that if I read their website thoroughly I would have seen that materials can shift 1/16" of an inch even though the proof I downloaded shows it perfect. So they said they'd give me a credit to "try it again". I told them they could keep the credit and I ordered from FedEx Office. They had it done for less money and in 3 hours. And, within that 3 hours they even called me to verify something because they thought it didn't look right. What a difference in service when a human is involved!

I've been using GotPrint for many years across several jobs.
