Goodbye after 11 years of giving you my business!

I have been ordering from them for the last 11 years and I've always been happy. However when it came time for customer service because one of my orders is lost, the experience turned incredibly frustrating and they were of zero help, continually giving me their pre-scripted canned responses even though it was very obvious that my order was lost. It shipped 15 days ago, but tracking still says that UPS has not received the package. They refused to do anything until 14 business days pass, even though it is blatantly obvious that my order never made it to UPS. I felt like I was continually being gaslit by them, and almost being shunned a little bit because I chose their economy shipping, but only because they mark their shipping cost up an absurd amount. I'm very sad that after 11 years of giving them my business, they have completely lost my trust and my business. The right thing for them to do would have been to reprint my order right away (and it was a very small order) and ship it out right away. But instead they put me in this ridiculous holding pattern and refused to do anything to help.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst customer service ever! They won't just resend out my husbands business cards they missed up. They have him jumping through hoops because they don't want to help. I don't recommend this company you're better off going to vistaprint.com. We never have a problem with them. I was going to order my business and my father's business cards from here as well but since they can't get my husband's correct we will stick to vistaprint & you should too!

Outlandish shipping fees

Ran a test order, it came out great. Went to place a larger order and the print fees were more than double the price of the order. I'm all about being fair, but $68 in regular postage for a maybe 2 lb order is unreasonable. I actually thought it was a software mistake since I ordered several batches of relatively the same thing. Contacted customer service, 0 help. They do not combine shipping and are content with the rate they are charging.

THe price was the same two years later…

THe price was the same two years later for an item I previously ordered. I ordered the second item from GotPrint because the price was great, service was super, quality was more than I expected, and I already had my template in the system.

10 + Years writing with GotPrint

I've been printing with gotprint for over 10 years and they have never failed. The speed for business cards is incredible and I have always been happy with the quality. Recently, I made a mistake and gotprint gave me a credit. The customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Kinda just had to laugh when my order…

Kinda just had to laugh when my order came in. My design isn't even to the borders. There is white on both sides but the right side has more white so totally uneven. The cardstock feels like a piece Of paper. I'd never hand these out. It's embarrassing. You get what you pay for

This is how to avoid the unintended white borders you see.
