The contacts I’ve been receiving in the last three shipments have been AWFUL quality. They are drying out my eyes and half of them come in ripped. Beyond disappointed.

I’m only giving a three because of the customer service. The quality of context are made. I’ve canceled the services multiple times just because it always irritates my eyes or they don’t last long but let me tell you if you have issues. This company goes above and beyond, and for that, I still give them a chance the contacts may not last me long, but the way they handle themselves, speaks volumes of their character, it could just be me, but I would still recommend them. It’s cheaper than going to get your contact somewhere else even though they don’t last me long I reactivated my subscription.

Always a great experience with Hubble. I just wish they would use a different courier. The lady always pulls up blasting music and tosses my lenses from across the driveway.

So I have used Hubble for about 6 years. It seems that the quality has gone down over the past year to year and a half. I know it sounds weird but the lenses tear easier than before. Also, many of my packs come sealed with no fluid and a dried up contact. But, for the price they are delivered so I won’t complain that much.

were double charging me, told me to send back a case of contacts for a refund. did that over a month ago and never received my refund. customer service is very shotty. But, I do like the contacts most of the time.

I tried not to be upset. But then I was sent contacts made out of packaging tape.
Well first off I was charged $60 dollar for contacts I never ordered. At first I wasn't to mad about it because I was gonna need contacts at some point. But then after I used the trail pair which were not to bad I put in a pair "I paid" for and they were very blurry. I officiate basketball and I couldn't see from the baseline to halfcourt.
They say my prescription and match what the trail pair says, yet they are not the same. And I have tried a bunch of them. Some do seem to be a little better than the others. But not by much. And it how my normal vision is. As in I can see decent close up but outside of 2 feet it gets blurry. The trial pair gets blurry but at much further distance. I tried to contact customer support but I never received anything back. Charging me for good contacts is wrong. Charging me for packaging tape contacts is criminal.
