Horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong contacts twice, and hubble blamed it on my eye doctor not contacting them back about my new script. Eye doctor stated they provided the correct one three times.

Upon reviewing your account, we found that we were unable to fulfill the order because the prescription provided by your doctor did not match the specific brand selected. Because contact lens prescriptions are brand-specific, we are required to match them exactly and cannot substitute them. To address the issue and as a courtesy for the inconvenience, we issued a full refund for the order back in February.

I love Hubble contacts! I've tried more expensive contacts, but none are as comfortable as Hubble's. I hope to always be able to get these contacts. And the service is wonderful. Very efficient.

It’s been a few years since I started my membership with Hubble, I went through the plandemia without any delay or problem, and now more than ever I rely on the service they provide, which btw is awesome, the contacts are great, never had any adverse effects, I wear them from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm almost everyday, I recently moved, just changed address and voila. They never fail, I plan to stay for a long long time with Hubble, sincerely thank you.

Since switching contacts many years ago. I have been very pleased with each order and when a contact or two are ripped in the package customer service is quick in replacements. I haven't had a problem with confort and tell everyone who ask how I enjoy the convenience of the everyday of fresh contacts.

Great contacts. Easy delivery every month. BUT. The price has gotten crazy. Every month it seems to go higher. I get every thing is more expensive lately. But does that mean you have to follow suit to just keep the same money in your pockets. Give the consumer a break you know you’re making money no matter what !!!
