I have been pleased by the ease and reliability of shipping. I never run out which makes daily wear lenses possible. At times, individual lenses are uncomfortable and not able to be worn. This happens about 1 lens per shipment. Renewing my prescription was easy to do from home. I am now ordering for myself and my daughter through Hubble!

With Hubble it is so hard to manage subscriptions. I rely on their contacts a lot but sometimes, because I sometimes get contacts that come with lent ingrained in the contact or slightly torn, and no matter how many times I try to clean them with solution or to make them work, they’re still painful to wear and I end up having to wear my glasses. I reached out to customer service but it’s just an AI bot. I finally got to a person and they just apologized and told me they couldn’t help.

I have been a longtime customer of Hubble because i love the convenience of it all. My single use contacts work perfect for my lifestyle and being able to control my delivery timing is a game changer. My 4 star rating is only because in my last few shipments I’ve notice some dried out lenses.

Quality issues & sus business practices, but a few tiny positives
Hubble is a great concept, but the hard product (the lenses) has serious quality issues and the company model (subscription service) is executed in a manner inconsistent with good-faith business practices.
I’ll explain.
Product: approximately 1 in 6 SkyHy® Dailies arrive damaged. This damage ultimately is in the form of micro tears in the lens surface making them too irritating to wear. This damage is absolutely a product defect and not handling-related.
The upside: of the lenses that are not damaged, comfort is very good, even for an 18 hour day.
Then, there is the dumpster fire that is Hydro by Hubble® Daily. These contacts have a 1 in 3 defect rate.
The quality issue is a weird little half-moon shaped notch on the edge of the lens. This is an obvious quality issue during production.
Hydros are moderately uncomfortable as well. The upside is the packaging: less waste & easy to pack.
Their business practice of subscription is shady as heck. Hubble does NOT send reminders of upcoming shipments. They only send an email when orders are shipped and therefore too late to cancel. Reputable companies stopped this nonsense long ago, yet Hubble is still at it.
